We offer apartments of the European level in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg. We are glad to accommodate our guests from the summer of 2015& We offer  completely new apartments, freshly renovated and modern - designed.

We kindly ask you to read the check-in policies:

• The cost of the apartment for the whole duration of the stay must be paid at the check-in.
• There is a 5 000 rubles deposit that is paid at check-in and is returned when the guest checks out.

The following may be paid additionally at the check-in:

• cleaning fee – 1000 rub (does not depend on the duration of the stay)
• early check-in (9am – 2pm) – half the price of a room per night
• check-in and check-out during night hours (11pm – 9am) – the cost is discussed individually
• additional services (transfer, city tours, and etc.)

Check-in: 2pm
Check-out: 12pm

The following is not allowed:

• Parties with a big number of guests
• Loud behavior after 11pm
• Smoking
• Pets
• Rude behavior towards other tenants or personnel.
