Accommodation rules

When you book an apartment you agree to follow commonly accepted rules that apply to all multi-apartment buildings in Saint Petersburg, including fire safety and sanitary rules. We kindly ask you to treat furniture and household appliances with due care. Tenants are accountable for all their damage.

The following rules apply to all our apartments:

• The apartment is cleaned and the bed sheets and towels are changed before check-in
• The number of guest living in the apartment should not exceed the number of guests in agreement
• Tenants are expected to treat all property with due care. The cost of lost keys must be reimbursed.
• It is required that before leaving the apartment the tenants turn off the lights and lock the door.

The following services are offered at additional cost:

• Cleaning during the stay – 1000 rubles
• Bed sheets and towels change – 500 rubles
• City tours, SPA, transfers, taxi.
