Booking rules and regulations

Please contact the manager to confirm apartment availability and price prior to booking. The price depends on the date of arrival, duration of your stay and the number of guests.

To confirm your reservation you will have to make a deposit (price of the room per night). Bank details can be found at the bottom of this page. Please email your payment confirmation to myflatspb@gmail.com.

In case of cancellation 3 or more days prior to the arrival we guarantee full refund. If the guest cancels less than 3 days before arrival or does not arrive, no refund can be made. 

Please inform us of your arrival time by calling +7 (911) 924 46 79, +7 (911) 924 46 79. If you need official receipts, please let the manager know.

We kindly ask you to read the check-in policies:

• The cost of the apartment for the whole duration of the stay must be paid at the check-in.
• There is a 10 000 rubles deposit that is paid at check-in and is returned when the guest checks out.

The following may be paid additionally at the check-in:

• cleaning fee – 1000 rub (does not depend on the duration of the stay)
• early check-in (9am – 2pm) – half the price of a room per night
• check-in and check-out during night hours (11pm – 9am) – the cost is discussed individually
• additional services (transfer, city tours, and etc.)

Check-in: 2pm

Check-out: 12pm

The following is not allowed:

• Parties with a big number of guests
• Loud behavior after 11pm
• Smoking
• Pets

Rude behavior towards other tenants or personnel.
